Gonçalo Maria Pinheiro Torres integrated an expert committee on IP, sponsored by WIPO, in S. Tomé e Príncipe, during 6 to 13 December 2013, to advise local authorities on IP reforms. A development program proposal for the period 2014-2024 will be submited by the committee.
